- Log and Usage Data. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
- To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.

We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information for some of the purposes described in order to:
- Send users information about special offers and discounts on our products and services

- Analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users

- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). We obtain and store on your device (“cache”) your location. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.
- Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
4.1 Limited Use Policy
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Notice, if you provide Atlas access to your Google data (e.g., when you enable the calendar sync feature with your Google account), Atlas’ use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
- Atlas will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Atlas will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
Atlas will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for Atlas’ internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
Atlas’ use of information received and Atlas’ transfer of information to any other app from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

These Atlas AI Additional Terms (“Atlas AI Terms”) apply to your access and use of any Atlas AI feature(s). “Atlas AI” means any tools, features or functionality made available to you via the Atlas platform (e.g., AI text generation, AI Tools, Product Builder) that utilize data models trained by machine learning and artificial intelligence, including but not limited to, tools for generating short-form or long-form content through prompting, editing of or extraction of information from existing content via prompting, and translation of existing or newly generated content.
Atlas AI. Your access to or use of Atlas AI does not grant Atlas any right or license to use or share your Customer Data in a manner that is inconsistent with the Agreement unless otherwise agreed to by you.
Input and Output. You may provide input to be processed by Atlas AI (“Input”), and receive output generated by Atlas AI based on any Input (“Output”). When using Atlas AI, Input and Output are your Customer Data for purposes of the Agreement. You are solely responsible for the creation, development, content, operation, maintenance, use, and dissemination of your Customer Data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Input, access to and use of Atlas AI, and Output will not (i) violate any applicable law or regulation; (ii) violate these Atlas AI Terms, the Agreement, or any content and use policies we may implement from time to time; or (iii) infringe upon, violate, or misappropriate any of Atlas’s rights or the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning and Atlas AI more generally, Output may not be unique and Atlas AI may generate the same or similar output to Atlas or other third parties. You will not provide Input or attempt to generate Output through Atlas AI that consists of any sensitive or regulated information, including (i) Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA or similar statutes, or health, genetic, biometric record or data in general; (ii) government-issued identification numbers of any kind; or (iii) personal financial or bank account information.
Atlas AI Use Restrictions. You may not use Atlas AI or any Output (i) to develop data sets, foundation models, or other large scale models that may compete with Atlas or Atlas AI; (ii) to mislead any person or imply that Output from generated using Atlas AI is unique or solely human generated; (iii) to generate spam or misleading content; (iv) in a manner that violates any law, regulation, technical documentation, usage guidelines, policies, or other terms, whether made available or communicated to you by Atlas or any other third party; (v) to modify or create derivative works of Atlas or Atlas AI; (vi) to reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate, engage in model extraction or stealing attacks, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems of Atlas (except to the extent such restrictions are contrary to applicable law); (vii) to extract data from Atlas other than as permitted through the API; or (viii) to buy, sell, or transfer API keys from, to, or with a third party without Atlas’s prior written consent. Additionally, your use of Atlas AI is subject to fair usage restrictions that we may determine in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that if you exceed what we determine to be fair usage: (i) you may be required to purchase additional usage rights to continue accessing and using Atlas AI; and (ii) Atlas may disable or degrade performance of Atlas AI.
Third Party Policies. If you choose to use Atlas AI, you may not use the Atlas AI features in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including but not limited to their Content Policy, Sharing and Publication Policy , and Community Guidelines.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. ATLAS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF ATLAS AI OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH ATLAS AI. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF ATLAS AI IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND OBTAINED AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU SHOULD NOT USE OR RELY ON ATLAS AI OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENTLY DETERMINING THE ACCURACY OF THE OUTPUT, AS ANY OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL INACCURACIES OR UNVERIFIED INFORMATION DUE TO THE NATURE OF MACHINE LEARNING OR CHANGES TO THE DATA MODEL AND/OR THE UNDERLYING DATA AFTER AN OUTPUT IS GENERATED. NO INFORMATION, ADVICE, OR OTHER CONTENT, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ATLAS OR THROUGH ATLAS AI SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, AND ATLAS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL ATLAS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OR ACTIONS, IN AGGREGATE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ATLAS AI, YOUR USE OF ATLAS AI, OR THE ATLAS AI OUTPUT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00). ATLAS AI IS SUPPLEMENTAL TO THE SERVICES BEING OFFERED UNDER THE AGREEMENT, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN YOUR AGREEMENT, ATLAS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR UPTIME OF ATLAS AI AND MAY DISCONTINUE OR MODIFY ATLAS AI OR THESE ATLAS AI TERMS AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
